At Exeter join the A30, the main trunk road through Cornwall and follow it to Penzance, about 2 hours drive from Exeter.
Take the ring road around Penzance and at the fourth roundabout, turn right onto the A3071, signposted 'St.Just'.
Pass through the village of Newbridge, up the hill and after approx. one mile go past the old clay works on your left (on a clear day, you can the Isles of Scilly from this vantage point). Continue on down the hill and at the bottom turn onto an unclassified road signposted to 'Sancreed'.
Proceed for 300 yards, then turn right on to a minor road, signposted 'Bosworlas Farm'. Continue down into the valley for about 1/2 mile and the farm is on the right along its own drive.
